Shipping & Delivery

At this time, QLifts ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, QLifts ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping for orders over $100 in the lower 48 states is free.

Returns Policy 

Any purchase made (either by phone or internet) signifies acceptance of these terms by purchaser. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products*, simply return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 10 days and we will refund the full price of the hardware, less any applicable shipping & handling charges.  Restocking or Order Cancellation Fees may apply. Pricing and Availability subject to change without notice. Some additional restrictions may apply.  *An exception is made for made to order and sanitary items.  Made to order includes but is not limited to elevators, platform lifts, dumbwaiters, custom stair lifts, Valet seats and mattresses. These items are not returnable. Also, any order for products in these categories, that is cancelled after 24 hours of it being placed, will be subject to the 45% restocking fee. This is because at that point, your custom order will already be in production. For sanitary reasons mattresses, slings, walk-in tubs, bath lifts, bath seats and other hygiene items are Non-Returnable after removal from carton unless damaged in shipping.
